N-of-1 Angina ("the App") is a personal symptom tracking tool for angina, available for iPhone and Android, published by Cardiology in Motion Ltd. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
The developers never receive or have access to your data, and the App does not share it with third parties. All information you enter — including symptom diary entries, questionnaire results, medication lists, and generated reports — is stored on your device. On iPhone, it is synced through your own iCloud account to your other devices signed into the same Apple ID. On Android, it stays on your device.
On iPhone, your data is stored on your device using Core Data and synced securely to iCloud via Apple's CloudKit service. Simple settings such as your medications list are synced using iCloud Key-Value Storage. All iCloud data transfer and storage is handled by Apple and subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service. No data is sent to any other external servers or third parties.
On Android, your data is stored only on your device and is not synced. The Android app has no internet access. If you have Android backup turned on, your data may be included in your device backup.
The App does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks. We do not collect usage statistics or device information.
The App does not integrate with any third-party services or SDKs that collect data.
The App includes a feature to generate PDF reports that you may choose to share with your healthcare provider. This sharing is initiated solely by you using your device's share menu, and the developers have no access to any shared reports.
You can delete individual diary entries by swiping to delete within the App. On iPhone, deletions sync across all your devices via iCloud, and uninstalling the App removes local data; iCloud data may persist until removed from all synced devices or from iCloud storage settings. On Android, uninstalling the App removes all of its data from your device; a copy may remain in your Google backup if backup is turned on.
Because the developers never receive your App data, we hold none of it to access, correct or delete. You control your data in the App and can delete it at any time. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
