How do I share a report with my healthcare professional?

Go to the Report tab and generate a PDF report. You can then use the iOS share sheet to send it via email, AirDrop, or another sharing method.

How do I delete a diary entry?

In the Diary tab, swipe left on an entry and tap “Delete.” Deletions sync across your devices via iCloud.

What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?

App data stored locally on your device will be removed when you uninstall the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, data may remain in your iCloud account until removed from all synced devices or deleted via your iCloud settings.

Your data is stored on your device and synced securely using Apple’s iCloud services. No data is transmitted to third-party servers.
