Please include your device model, your iOS or Android version, and the app version (shown in the app's Info screen) when reporting a bug.
Go to the Report tab and generate a PDF report. You can then use your phone's share menu to send it via email, AirDrop (iPhone), or another sharing method.
In the Diary tab, swipe left on an entry. On iPhone, tap “Delete”; deletions sync across your devices via iCloud. On Android, the entry is deleted as you swipe.
App data stored locally on your device will be removed when you uninstall the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, data may remain in your iCloud account until removed from all synced devices or deleted via your iCloud settings. On Android, uninstalling removes all of the app's data from your device; a copy may remain in your Google backup if backup is turned on.
iPhone: your diary syncs via iCloud, so it appears on your new iPhone when you sign in with the same Apple ID.
Android: keep Google backup turned on so your diary moves to your new phone.
Data does not transfer between iPhone and Android. Before switching, create a PDF report to keep a record of your history.
Your data is stored on your device. On iPhone, it is synced securely using Apple’s iCloud services; on Android, it stays on your device. No data is transmitted to third-party servers.
